You tell us about yourself and your business, your goals and your values, and we’ll show you how we work with our clients. We’ll see whether we’re a good fit and how we can tailor our support to suit your needs.

Month 1: The handover

Smooth transfer

Once you sign up, we’ll complete all the necessary and boring admin stuff. We’ll request and receive what we need from your previous accountant and set our expectations for the delivery of compliance work.

Month 2: The work begins

Next steps

We’ll spend time getting to know you, your team and your business. We’ll also start to get your books up to date, ironing out any historical creases and start providing the services we agreed. Any questions you have at this stage we’ll be happy to answer.

Month 3: Strategy session

Your business plan

During this 4 hour session, we’ll clarify your vision so we can set a 12-month plan and quarterly goals and actions. If you have any training or support needs, we’ll identify these and set up a plan to address them.

Month 4: Are we on track?

3 month check-in

We get feedback from you on how the first 3 months have been. We will discuss any extra support and services that you may benefit from such as a cashflow forecast, systems review, tax planning, accountability coaching, and more.

Month 9: How are you doing?

Pre-year end check-in

We’ll check to see what your results are looking like for the year and how much tax needs to be paid. We will discuss potential tax saving opportunities where possible.

Year 1+: Review and refine

Your revised business plan

We’ll adjust your goals and redefine what success looks like – revising any training and support needs to help achieve your goals. We’ll provide a sounding board and be there to celebrate your wins along the way.
